Drive process improvements to increase business value. Infrastructure Lifecycle Management (25%) Review designs for maintainability and alignment with business needs. Conduct technical research for hardware / software upgrades. Act as technical advisor on all network, firewall, and voice services. Network Operations & Optimization (20%) Review / test disaster recovery plans for network services. Document troubleshooting processes and provide procedural guides. Monitor and tune systems for uptime and performance. Capacity Planning & Analysis (15%) Manage service provider SLAs and vendor relationships. Track performance trends and flag potential service delivery issues. Project Leadership (5%) Ensure network solutions meet operational standards. Support implementation planning and transition to operations. Associate's degree in technology or equivalent experience. Cisco CCNA and CCNP (current or expired). 8+ years in networking (Cisco-based environments). 4+ years supporting VoIP technologies.

Job Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Mentor and train IT staff, provide on-the-job training.
Partner with engineering / architecture on network design and strategy.
Oversee daily operations and act as escalation point for complex issues.
Use monitoring tools to analyze performance, establish baselines, and forecast capacity needs.
Provide operational requirements and risk input for IT projects.
