Cook / Prep Cook Job Duties :

Cooks and prepares salads, dips and hotline food items according to the recipe.

Utilize knife skills and organization skills to prepare items.

Understand proper cooking techniques and terminology.

Perform other duties as required.

Schedule : 2ND 3PM-11 : 30PM

Pay : $15.50hr

For all positions : Food company and GMP compliance Can you list the companies that you worked for that were food manufacturing? How familiar are you with food gmps?

Requirements : Follow GMP’s

Ability to work in a cold and hot work environment

Ability to take temperature of all products being received along with truck storage temperatures

Ability to maintain a clean work environment

Ability to stand on feet throughout entire shift

Date packages upon completion

Ability to take temperature of all products

Utilize sealing machinery

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
