The Director of Marketing Operations will report to our VP of Revenue Operations, with a dotted line to our Chief Marketing Officer, and will focus on leading strategic and operational efforts related to marketing, sales development, and partnerships using Salesforce CRM and HubSpot Marketing Automation. You will be responsible for optimizing our marketing technology stack, developing and implementing operational processes, and ensuring data is captured and presented effectively for data-driven decision-making across all lead generation channels. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and business intelligence, marketing and partnerships to accelerate growth and improve marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement marketing and lead operations strategy
• Optimize marketing and sales technology stack
• Data management, GTM and business analytics, and pipeline forecasting
• Lead tracking, management, and nurturing
• Campaign tracking, execution, and optimization
• Strategic process development and lead flow automation
• Team leadership and development
• Budget planning and tools management

Requirements :

Compensation Information : $155,000-$200,000 total OTE package. The total compensation range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual's location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine's total compensation package for employees. This position is also eligible for a paid time off policy, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
