Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day immigration cases including work visas and green cards, ensuring compliance and timely processes
Act as the primary contact for immigration guidance, providing clarity on processes and policies
Support process improvements and data accuracy within the immigration portfolio
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in US immigration, preferably in a high-volume environment
Experience managing high-volume immigration programs with a focus on execution
Familiarity with US work authorization categories and current immigration regulations
Experience with case management systems or centralized vendor platforms
A collaborative team player with a willingness to improve immigration operations
