Job Overview We are hiring seasonal Social Producers to join our content team in Miami for the second season of Unrivaled Basketball. We are looking for highly skilled, creative, and versatile producers with experience bringing ideas to life – from concept to delivery – and a passion for reimagining WBB content. The successful candidates will be video gurus who can strategize, produce, and execute dynamic and engaging content that will drive Unrivaled continued success and growth in social media.

Responsibilities Partner with our Social Media Specialists and the Social Media Director to strategize content ideas for various platforms that will resonate with our broad-based audience.

Develop short-form original series for Unrivaled social media platforms, ensuring all creative reflects and amplifies our brand's distinctive tone, voice, and messaging.

Produce and edit short-form content that brings bold creative concepts to life while executing the content team’s business initiatives (e.g., audience engagement and growth).

Capture live game footage.

Manage multiple workflows, critical deadlines, and asset delivery with internal and external stakeholders and vendors, ensuring seamless and timely execution.

Analyze and interpret content performance data, providing actionable, data-driven insights that inform future content productions.

Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, shooting, producing and editing content for distribution on social platforms.

Highly proficient operating video cameras (Sony Cameras).

Highly proficient with content management and editing tools, like Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut.

Knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and platform evolution; able to share your experience and insight to elevate our content strategies.

You thrive in fast-paced, continuously evolving environments and are flexible to work irregular hours.

You can manage several projects simultaneously with limited supervision under tight timeframes, and can adapt well to changing priorities and deliverable requirements.

You possess a strong work ethic and relentless commitment to quality and efficiency.

You collaborate well with other creatives and welcome notes and constructive feedback.

Strong visual problem solving and communication skills.

You strive to develop and execute ideas and concepts that will change the way we consume sports through content.

Previous experience and comfort working with high-profile athletes or live performing talent is preferred.

Current residence in the Miami metropolitan area is highly preferred.
