• Work on the production line to assemble polymer insulators.
• Perform basic crimping tasks; training will be provided.
• Utilize hand tools or power tools effectively for various tasks.
• Engage in cross-training to enhance versatility and skillset.
• Operate molding machines efficiently to produce high-quality insulators.
• Perform packaging and assembly tasks according to standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure product quality.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled production facility that can be very hot in the summer. Employees are allowed to keep water at their work stations to stay hydrated. The facility operates across multiple shifts, offering opportunities for growth and learning.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
