We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin to provide exceptional support to our diverse customer base.  This  onsite position  is ideal for candidates fluent in  Mandarin and English  who thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment and are passionate about supporting public health programs and underserved communities.

Location :  Onsite - New York City, NY

Role :   Bilingual CSR (Mandarin)

Schedule :   Full time - 40 hours per week

What You'll Do :

• Handle inbound calls and in-person inquiries regarding enrollment services
• Assist clients with health plan selection and managed care education
• Process enrollment and disenrollment forms accurately
• Support mailroom and clerical tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of consumer interactions
• Escalate issues to the appropriate staff when needed
• Provide  Mandarin - English interpretation  for non-English-speaking clients
• Attend meetings and training sessions to stay current on program updates
