Job Functions

Assist with title and registering new vehicles
Help with renewing tags / registration semiannually
File paperwork
Communicate with vendors to assign trucks to stores
Add new vendors in Accounts Payable
Help with toll violations
Other duties assigned as needed
Submitting payments to dealerships
Fill out Bill of Sale and notarize for sold vehicles
Transport Pool / fleet Vehicles to various locations
Coordinating Pickup and Delivery for Tireshop / Fleet vehicles

Education and Qualifications

High school Diploma or equivalent required.

Previous fleet management experience preferred

Skills and Physical Demands

Hard Skills : Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic Microsoft Excel platforms.

Soft Skills : Customer service skills; detail oriented; ability to clearly communicate through written and oral communication. The ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team

Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.

Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
