Gray Construction is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! This role will be a part of the Gray Inc Talent Acquisition team with primary responsibility for the NexGen Contracting, A Gray Company, recruiting.

Who We Want...(Requirements)

• A bachelor's degree and three (3) or more years of experience in active construction recruitment practices; or the equivalent combination both.
• Experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems and candidate recruitment tools (LinkedIn, etc.) is required.
• Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, software and e-mail.
• The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills.
