As a Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will :

• Provide training and supervision to other staff through resident assignments, giving reports to others, intervening in areas of conflict.
• Assume responsibility for making sure resident care plans are being followed.
• Document admission, change in condition, physical assessment, MDS summaries, variance reports, deaths, discharges, and other pertinent resident information.
• Make routine assessments of patient condition and provides nursing care to patients within hospital policy and procedure and according to physician orders, alerting supervisor of problems.
• Note and transcribe provider orders and establish verbal contact with provider when medical emergencies arise.

Salary Range : $25.00 - $45.00 per hour (competitive and commensurate with experience)
