At 2 Brothers Moving & Delivery our mission is to remove the pain of relocation for Portlanders and beyond. This is a remote position based in Central or South America with periodic travel to Portland, Oregon for content creation.

We're Portland's highest-rated moving service, and we need someone who can be the brain AND the hands behind our entire content operation. Not just someone who posts pretty pictures, but someone who understands what drives business, can develop strategy that actually works, and isn't afraid to get on job sites to capture the real moments that make people trust us with their most valuable stuff.

This role combines strategy, content creation, writing, and social media management into one powerhouse position. You'll work directly with our founder to develop content that converts stressed-out homeowners into customers who choose us over cheaper competitors. Plus, you get to travel to Portland (all expenses paid) to gather authentic content that you can't get from a desk.

We're looking for a Content Strategist & Creator who can think strategically AND execute flawlessly. You'll develop our content strategy, travel to Portland to capture authentic footage and photos, write everything from social captions to blog posts, and manage our social media presence. This isn't just posting content—it's building a content machine that drives real business growth.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Content Planning - Develop quarterly and monthly content strategies that align with business goals, research competitors, analyze what's working, and plan content calendars that actually drive leads and conversions

On-Site Content Creation - Travel to Portland periodically to film real moving jobs, interview customers, capture behind-the-scenes moments, and gather photo / video content that showcases our premium service and authentic brand personality

AI Content Writing That Converts - Utilize AI to write compelling social media captions, blog posts, email newsletters, SMS, website copy, and other content that educates prospects and converts them into customers who choose quality over price

Social Media Management - Post daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, engage with followers, respond to comments, and build online community that drives word-of-mouth referrals

Content Performance & Optimization - Track what content drives actual business results, optimize posting schedules and messaging, and continuously improve strategy based on real data, not just likes and follows

This role reports directly to the Sales & Admin Manager.

Work Environment : Remote position based in Central or South America with periodic travel to Portland, Oregon (all expenses paid). Flexible schedule with project-based deadlines. Must have valid visa for US travel and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications :

Exceptional skills in utilizing AI to generate automation and on brand content without sounding like AI did it

Valid US visa and ability to travel freely between your home country and United States

2-3 years experience developing and executing social media strategies that drive actual business results

Strong writing skills in English—you can explain complex topics simply and create captions that stop the scroll

Experience with content planning, social media scheduling tools, and analytics

Comfortable filming video and taking photos on job sites during fast-paced work environments

Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok—what works on each platform and why

Self-starter who can work independently across time zones without constant hand-holding

Bonus points : Experience with service businesses, B2B content, or working with premium brands

What we DON'T want :

"Social media managers" who just repost motivational quotes and call it strategy

People who think more followers automatically means more business

Content creators who need perfect conditions to produce good work

Anyone who's never actually tracked how their content impacts business revenue

Compensation : $1,500-1,800 USD monthly rate based on experience and proven track record of driving business results with content strategy.
