POSITION PURPOSE :

This role will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing voice communication systems within our telecommunications infrastructure. This role ensures seamless implementation of voice services, including VoIP, PBX, SIP, PSTN, and call routing systems, while collaborating with technical teams and vendors to maintain high availability and performance.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience working in telecom voice systems or network coordination
• Solid understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), PBX systems
• Experience with telecom management tools and ticketing platforms
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
