Job Title
Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines in the Administrative Services Function
Impact of the Role
Requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience. Identifies the problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Performs manual tasks according to established procedures.
Essential Functions
- Prepares reports and presentation materials.
- Receives and responds to correspondence.
- Schedules conference calls and meetings
- Supports and interacts with administrative staff.
- Schedules meetings, and performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Required education and experience : High School Diploma / GED required and 3-5 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education & / or ExperienceCritical professional related technical skills; computer skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications
Preferred education and experience : Associate's DegreeKnowledge, skills & abilities : Oral and written communication skills. Organizational skills.Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and / or computer for extended periods of time.Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential.Travel Requirements
