Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or higher degree.

Licensure & Certifications :

Current Pharmacist License to practice in the state of Colorado (required).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (required).

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (required).

Annual Flu Vaccine required (no exemptions accepted) — applicable from October 1 through April 1.
