Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic, multi-channel outbound prospecting, including phone calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement
  • Expertly articulate the employer's value proposition to engage potential clients and qualify their needs
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings set for Account Executives
  • Analyze the performance of lead generation channels and make data-driven updates for improvement
  • Act as a feedback loop between sales and marketing, providing insights on lead quality and market trends
  • Qualifications

  • 2?5+ years of experience in a Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), or similar role with a record of high performance
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional demeanor
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
  • Analytical curiosity and genuine interest in understanding marketing and sales performance
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing / Experience (ABM / ABX) concepts and platforms like 6sense
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (like Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (like Outreach or SalesLoft)
