Responsibilities
Drive pipeline growth through strategic, multi-channel outbound prospecting, including phone calls, targeted emails, and social media engagementExpertly articulate the employer's value proposition to engage potential clients and qualify their needsAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings set for Account ExecutivesAnalyze the performance of lead generation channels and make data-driven updates for improvementAct as a feedback loop between sales and marketing, providing insights on lead quality and market trendsQualifications
2?5+ years of experience in a Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), or similar role with a record of high performanceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional demeanorA proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeedAnalytical curiosity and genuine interest in understanding marketing and sales performanceResilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications
