Client Support Representative Responsibilities :

• Proactively connect with customers who might be interested in the products or services being offered and available
• Explain the features and benefits of services, often through presentations, demonstrations, or conversations.
• Establish rapport and trust with clients and customers to encourage long-term business and potential referrals
• Provide information and resolve any issues that potential customers might have.
