Senior Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various technology contracts and legal documents

Collaborate with internal business clients and cross-functional stakeholders

Create and update legal playbooks, templates, and processes while mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

Member of the bar in at least one U.S. State with 10+ years of legal experience

Experience negotiating sell-side B2B SaaS agreements and partnership agreements

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively

Proficiency in Google Docs, Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and other legal tools

Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding business risks
