We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Specialist to join our team on a mission-critical data center project . This role is critical to ensuring that HVAC, cooling, piping, and other mechanical systems are fully tested, documented, and meet the performance requirements for continuous, reliable operations.

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing commissioning activities, troubleshooting issues in the field, and collaborating with contractors and client teams to deliver a high-quality, fully functional facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support commissioning efforts for mechanical systems (chillers, CRAC / CRAH units, cooling towers, pumps, piping, VFDs, controls, etc.)
• Oversee functional and integrated systems testing for HVAC and mechanical systems
• Review design documentation, equipment submittals, and redlines to confirm compliance with commissioning standards
• Coordinate commissioning activities with contractors, vendors, and owner representatives
• Track and manage open items, deficiencies, and closeout deliverables
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client operational standards
