• MAC, General Anesthesia, and elective cases, intubation, IV placement
• Outpatient / inpatient
• 7 ORs
• BC required
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required (AJA required)
• Will wait for license
• 60 day credentialing with temporary privileges available
