Bootleggers Modern American Smokehouse is where smoked classics, craft cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere come together. We’re looking for skilled, energetic Bartenders to join our Shea location and deliver an unforgettable bar experience to every guest.

What You’ll Do :

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming bar environment.
• Prepare, mix, and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain deep knowledge of our drink menu, seasonal cocktails, and smoked specialties to make recommendations.
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with Arizona liquor laws.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions quickly and accurately.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Engage with guests and ensure they’re enjoying their experience.
• Support servers and teammates to maintain smooth, fast-paced service.
