Lead Full Stack Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer (.Net, Vue / React) - Full Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and optimize application performance

Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers while enforcing best coding practices

Required Qualifications

Proven experience of 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with complex SaaS applications

Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, Vue, .NET Core, and Docker

Minimum of 2 years in a senior or management role

Thorough understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and web security best practices

Experience with performance optimization for high-traffic web applications and cloud platforms
