Culinary Cook

The Culinary Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality meals for a variety of large-scale events hosted at the convention center, including banquets, conferences, trade shows, and private functions. This role demands precision, efficiency, and a passion for culinary excellence in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and event specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen staff to ensure timely and consistent food service.
• Follow event orders and production sheets to meet the needs of diverse functions and guest counts.
• Season and taste food to ensure quality and consistency.
• Participate in post-event breakdown and kitchen sanitation procedures.
