- 60 / hr Job Summary : In this role, you will work with the project team to prepare / maintain project schedule data for the commissioning and startup organization.
You will deploy project schedule logic for daily POD and look ahead planning.
Main responsibilities will include schedule updates, critical path logic and assist with simultaneous operations.
You will be instrumental in ensuring projects stay on track and on time.
#LI-CS1 Major Responsibilities :
Prepares schedule data for commissioning and startup.Establishes and maintains the schedule for a specific discipline area or specialtyPerforms schedule development duties to include establishing the work breakdown structure (WBS), determining the work activity duration, establishing the proper workflow logic ties, and provide key updates.Performs schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities and updating functions for specific applications, disciplines, or specialtiesDevelops critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metricsDetermines critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialty work activities supporting interdisciplinary requirementsIdentifies and reports activities that have a critical or potential impact on the scheduleMonitors and validates subcontractor readiness and deployment.Evaluates subcontractor schedules for required workarounds or potential schedule improvements Education and Experience Requirements :Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience Required Knowledge and Skills :Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex project controls issues.Superior interpersonal skills, creative solution and problem solving skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated capability to schedule complex engineering and construction projectsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Recent advanced level working knowledge of Primavera, Excel, Access, and Word The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements : medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking / public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annuallyAS Applicable)
