A company is looking for a Benefit Analyst Contractor to support HR and Total Rewards with benefits administration and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Administer health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs while maintaining employee records in Workday
Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and assist with compliance activities
Liaise with external vendors and support open enrollment activities, identifying process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in benefits administration or total rewards
Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits module
Strong knowledge of benefits compliance requirements (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA)
Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems
Experience with reporting and auditing in Workday is preferred
