Zero Trust Success Manager (ZTSM) - Atlanta

Location : Atlanta, GA | Hybrid (90% WFH, occasional local in-person collaboration)

By leading customers on their Zero Trust journey, ZTSMs align adoption with business outcomes, executive influence, and measurable value. Traditional deployment engineers delivered transactions; ZTSMs deliver transformation. Combining AI-driven precision with human persuasion, ZTSMs achieve what technology alone cannot.

Above all, this is a certification-first role . ZTSMs must achieve a rigorous set of Zscaler certifications to establish unmatched credibility :

  • Zscaler Sales Engineer Certification — within 2 weeks
  • ZDTE (Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer) — within 4 months
  • Zscaler Certified Delivery Specialist — within 6 months
  • Zscaler Certified Support Specialist — within 6 months

What You'll Do

  • Lead customers through Zero Trust adoption roadmaps, ensuring measurable business outcomes and risk reduction.
  • Influence executives with clear narratives that connect security maturity to business enablement.
  • Help customers achieve the greatest value in the least amount of time by accelerating adoption and eliminating roadblocks.
  • Guide customers in uploading quarterly health checks into our SecureDynamics GPT , then translate AI-driven insights into executive-ready reports for QBRs.
  • Maintain engagement post-deployment through ZBoost mode — ongoing access to ZTSMs and AI tools, quarterly health checks, and up to two priority escalations per quarter.
  • Serve as the lead owner of Customer Success tools and interfaces in HubSpot — building dashboards, success metrics, and executive reports, while ZTOS manages backend workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with the ZTOS team in India to ensure smooth operations, proactive support, and an adaptive follow-the-sun model
  • What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills; prefers phone / video over text / email.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical adoption into executive outcomes
  • Commitment to the certification path outlined above
  • Cybersecurity background and aptitude; existing Zscaler certifications a plus.
  • Experience using HubSpot (or equivalent CRM / CSM tools) to manage customer success.
  • Confident, customer-facing presence — equally effective with engineers and executives.
  • Tireless passion to delight customers, partners, and Zscaler itself.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree preferred (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field). Community college graduates with strong technical aptitude will also be considered. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
