Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various restoration services, including fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee restoration projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards while leading a team of skilled technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations on-site for restoration projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and personnel to achieve efficient workflow.
  • Conduct inspections of work performed by technicians to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on restoration techniques and safety practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including reports on materials used and labor hours.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project status.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during restoration tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the insulation / restoration industry with a focus on fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, or asbestos abatement.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in the restoration process.
  • Familiarity with construction practices and the use of hand tools and power tools is essential.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing restoration tasks.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Valid driver''s license is required for travel between job sites.
