Staffing Associate

Staffmark is looking for an energetic and organized Staffing Associate to join our team in Abilene, TX. In this role, you'll support daily branch operations and play a vital part in delivering a great experience to our candidates, associates, and clients. Pay Rate : $15.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Greet visitors, answer calls, and assist applicants
• Schedule interviews and guide candidates through onboarding
• Post job ads, screen applicants, and conduct reference checks
• Support compliance with pre-employment screenings
• Maintain accurate records and candidate data
• Assist with administrative tasks and candidate communications
• Identify sales leads and report to management
• Provide general support to temporary employees
