We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with proven ventilator experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must hold an active Massachusetts LPN license and demonstrate strong clinical skills in managing ventilator-dependent patients.

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.

Manage and monitor patients on mechanical ventilation.

Administer medications and treatments accurately.

Document patient status and care accurately in medical records.

Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.

Monitor for changes in patient conditions and report to supervising staff.

Educate patients and families on care plans and ventilator use when appropriate.

Ensure infection control protocols and safety standards are maintained.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for patient care coordination.
