job_description.job_card.job_description48-hour weekly contract preferred with guaranteed 48 hours per week 12-hour shifts available : 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM or 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM Float pool position requiring comfort in various adult ICU settings (SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, CICU) When not needed in ICU, will work in IMC level of care 75% weekend requirement (but not every weekend) No call requirements Patient ratios : 1 : 2 in ICU, 1 : 3 in IMC 3 years of ICU experience required Required certifications : ACLS, NIHSS Use EPIC electronic medical record system Care for basic ICU patients including sedated, intubated patients on pressors Will not care for high complexity patients such as CRRT Must be flexible with assignments and potentially take multiple different assignments in same shift Dress code : Non-specific scrub color, no open-toed shoes, no jeans or clothing with large logos / profanity Start dates available : 10 / 6, 10 / 13, or 10 / 20 Referral bonus
