Our client's local Property Management group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help oversee a vibrant affordable housing community in the Westminster metro area. This is more than a management role—it’s a chance to make a lasting difference while building a meaningful career.

What You’ll Do as the Assistant Property Manager :

• Assist with leasing, resident relations, and daily operations
• Support LIHTC compliance : income certifications, recertifications, and file audits
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor follow-ups, and inspections
• Help foster a respectful, inclusive community for residents
