Job Overview

Radio City India is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager – Legal to join their Mumbai team.

About Radio City India : Radio City is India’s first private FM radio station and was started on 3 July 2001 by Star TV Network. It broadcasts on 91.1 megahertz from Bengaluru, Mumbai, Lucknow and New Delhi. It plays Hindi, English and regional songs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include managing IP portfolios, end-to-end contract lifecycle, coordinating litigation matters, and providing timely legal support across business functions. A law degree (LLB mandatory, LLM preferred) and hands-on experience with legal drafting, IPR laws, and contract management are essential.

Eligibility

An ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of strong expertise in Intellectual Property law, contract drafting and negotiation, litigation support, and regulatory compliance, preferably within the Media & Entertainment industry.
