Operator – 19.50 – 21.50

Our client in Plattsburgh, NY) is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. Must have excellent attendance and a Drive to Succeed! Don’t wait… apply today!

Whats in it for you?

  • 19.50 to 21.50hr
  • 8hr and 12hr shifts   Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts; 24 / 7 operation
  • HS Diploma, Background and Drug Screen req
  • (Temp to Perm position, weekly pay)

What will you be doing?

  • Communicate with daily planning of on-shift staffing responsibilities to ensure all production activities are completed, Monitor the status of all production areas as assigned
  • Resolve first-level operational issues and escalate them, as necessary, to Management
  • Ensure all production personnel are following safety policy requirements
  • Handle training and continual skill improvement of new employees on the production floor
  • Establish and foster a team-focused environment
  • Safely operate fork trucks and monitor fork truck usage by other employees
  • Utilize computer-based programs

  • Ability to walk, stand, squat, and climb throughout an 8- and 12-hour shift
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift / reach over head
  • Ability to work in high heat conditions
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds
