Responsibilities
- Specialize in areas of expertise while gaining exposure to a breadth of capabilities across the performance improvement practice.
- Lead client engagements, build long-standing partnerships with clients, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver results aligned with client goals, vision, and mission.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff on the engagement team; promote a culture of respect, unity, collaboration, and personal achievement.
Required Skills
Effective and efficient organization and planning skills with the proven ability to manage concurrent client engagements, while delegating and overseeing the work of junior team membersProven analytical and critical thinking skills to synthesize complex data sets and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and trends to implement recommendations resulting in measurable improvement and successful organizational changeImpactful written and verbal communication skills; ability to set clear project direction, develop deliverables, escalate risks, and influence stakeholdersAbility to collaborate with team members and client counterparts to understand business challenges and adapt implementation approaches to ensure results align with client objectivesAbility to coach and advise staff, leaders and executives within healthcare organizations to drive improvement outcomesTeam leadership experience including building talent, training, supervising, coaching / mentoring, and performance managementCore Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree requiredUS Work Authorization requiredAbility to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs; current average travel in Healthcare practice is less than 50% annuallyProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Direct supervisory experience6-8 years of consulting and / or healthcare operations experiencePreferred Experience
Relevant healthcare operations and / or consulting experience on team-based projects focused on organizational change managementProject leadership and workplan management experience with focus on healthcare, culture and / or change managementProven experience coaching and advising senior executives within healthcareExperience with training groups virtually and in person on leadership competencies, engagement tactics and change leadership best practicesCompensation and Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this job is $140,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects pay-for-performance. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $161,000 - $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information is provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be updated in the future.
