Position Overview

As the Clinical Nurse Manager for our Labor & Delivery unit, you'll ensure excellence in patient care while providing crucial leadership during night shift operations. This role combines clinical expertise with management responsibilities, requiring both hands-on nursing skills and leadership acumen.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all Labor & Delivery operations during night shift
• Coordinate patient care activities, including admissions, deliveries, and discharges
• Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal patient care
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and excellence in patient care
• Perform direct patient care, including emergency deliveries and OR assistance as needed
• Implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure best patient outcomes
• Drive patient satisfaction through service excellence and proactive problem-solving
