Must Have Skills :
Native Android mobile application development using Kotlin or Java (non-native frameworks such as Dart / Flutter are not considered).
Strong hands-on experience with the Android SDK, Android Studio, and native Android OS features.
Proficiency with Jetpack Compose is important.
Experience integrating third-party libraries and tooling within Android apps.
Familiarity with Testing frameworks and CI / CD infrastructure for mobile development.
Cloud experience is a plus but not required.
Backend API development is not required, but knowledge of API integration is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :
Build omni-channel user experiences and the underlying mobile platforms.
Develop complete features from concept to deployment as part of an agile, cross-functional team.
Contribute ideas to enhance product quality and user experience.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams.
Required Skills & Experience :
6+ years of professional Android development experience using Kotlin or Java.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
Proficiency with Android SDK, Android Studio, and native development tools.
Experience with Jetpack Compose (highly preferred).
Expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.
Experience with third-party libraries and RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of Git and branching strategies.
Experience optimizing Android applications for performance and responsiveness.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and building accessible mobile experiences (a plus).
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with CI / CD pipelines for mobile applications.
Understanding of mobile architectures and emerging technologies.
Experience mentoring junior engineers or providing technical guidance.
Cloud knowledge is a plus (not required).
