Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring event for FLEX Security Officers in the Phoenix, AZ area on Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 10AM - 1PM All shifts and days are available , including weekends, with a pay rate of $19.00 - $22.00 / Hr, paid weekly.

Requirements :

• 3 years customer service experience
• 2 years security experience
• Must demonstrate excellent writing, oral, analytical and communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and function with limited supervision
• Capable of performing duties with a high level of accuracy and ability to maintain highest level of integrity
• Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions
• Must have dependable means of transportation
• Must practice good grooming standards
• Must demonstrate good teamwork ability
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Must have a clean driving record

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

AZ Guard License
