• Mon / Wed / Thurs- Clinic 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Tues / Fri : Surgery

Job Setting : Inpatient, Outpatient

Credentialing : 60-90 days; emergency privileges available

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible : BC in Otolaryngology

Certifications : ACLS, BLS

Licensure : WI license or IMLC accepted
