What to Expect

Serve as the primary contact for assigned business coaching customers, ensuring effective communication and coordination

Organize and prioritize tasks to deliver a consistent business coaching experience

Collaborate with the Business Performance Coach to enhance customer retention and engagement

Maintain accurate records of coaching activities in the CRM system

Identify and escalate new revenue opportunities for business growth

What is Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, mathematics, data science, statistics, computer sciences, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a related field

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate information accurately

Deep understanding of independent community pharmacy operations and revenue drivers

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out

Previous experience in pharmaceutical distribution or customer-facing programs

Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
