What to Expect
Serve as the primary contact for assigned business coaching customers, ensuring effective communication and coordinationOrganize and prioritize tasks to deliver a consistent business coaching experienceCollaborate with the Business Performance Coach to enhance customer retention and engagementMaintain accurate records of coaching activities in the CRM systemIdentify and escalate new revenue opportunities for business growthWhat is Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, mathematics, data science, statistics, computer sciences, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceMinimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate information accuratelyDeep understanding of independent community pharmacy operations and revenue driversProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointHow to Stand Out
