Machine Programmer III - Shift A

Job Summary :

Join a leading space exploration company in a high-impact role supporting the manufacturing of spaceflight systems. As a Machine Programmer , you will develop and modify NC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines to ensure precision machining and first-pass success of tight-tolerance, high-value parts . You’ll work alongside engineers and machinists to improve processes and enable safe, repeatable spaceflight. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop NC programs for CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines
• Produce setup sheets and define machining strategy from design data
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and shop floor teams
• Design and define custom tooling and fixtures as needed
• Provide Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) feedback
• Support configuration control and documentation of job records
• Improve machining and administrative processes
• Conduct product acceptance per company policy
• Maintain a safe and compliant industrial work environment
