Allina Health's Neuroscience, Spine, and Pain Institute is seeking a physician for Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring to join our growing practice.
Key Position Details :
Primary practice location Abbott Northwestern Hospital; onsite IONM monitoring
IONM team includes 2 physician neurophysiologists and 8 CNIM technologists (5 with 12-25 years experience)
Opportunity to initiate and participate in research
Biweekly case conference and teaching within our physician / technologist team; opportunity for teaching of spine surgery fellows
Weekend call every 3rdweekend; evening call typically 1-2 nights per week on rotating basis
Fully supportive and collaborative administrative and research teams
Job Description :
Principle Responsibilities
Provides intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring supervision for complex spine, neurosurgical, and vascular cases.
Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or work flows.

Pay Range
Pay Range : $394,900 to $394,900 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
