Attorney - Workmans' Compensation Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will handle a caseload of workers' compensation claims, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of workers' compensation cases from inception through resolution
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Provide legal counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations under workers' compensation laws
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in mediation and court proceedings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality legal service
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all case-related activities and communications
