Join our dynamic and growing media department as an Assistant Media Planner / Buyer. You'll play a key role in developing, executing, and monitoring strategic media plans that encompass TV, radio, digital, and social media. Working closely with a team of skilled media professionals, you'll contribute to all aspects of media planning and buying, from gathering data and issuing contracts to analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Media Planners and Buyers on the development of comprehensive media plans across TV, radio, digital, and social media.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining buy details, flowcharts, and budget reporting.
• Issue and monitor media insertion orders, contracts, and ensure campaign compliance.
• Gather market data, call for station availabilities, and upload information to systems.
• Provide campaign analysis, optimize media plans, and track performance against objectives.
• Negotiate and monitor media buys, maintaining efficiency and delivery against client goals.
• Manage billing discrepancies, steward buys, and analyze post-campaign results.
• Stay updated on media industry trends, systems, and tools like Strata, MediaOcean, and Prisma.
• Attend internal and external media presentations, while building relationships with vendors and sales reps.
