We are seeking a hybrid role that blends the analytical skills of a marketing analyst with the strategic mindset of a growth marketer. As a Marketing Analyst & Growth Marketer on our North America SMB and Mid-market commercial marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing our marketing strategies through experimentation, and accelerating business growth. By combining data-driven insights with strategic growth marketing, this role will be instrumental in driving business growth and achieving marketing objectives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies and paid digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis and Insights

• Collect and Analyze Data from various sources (web analytics, email marketing, social, paid advertising, marketing automation platforms & CRM) to identify trends, insights and opportunities for growth.
• Utilize statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Leverage historical data to forecast future trends and customer behavior.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

The base pay range for this role is $86,950 to $131,300 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and / or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
