Pay : $20 - $25 / hour
Schedule : Full-Time & Part-Time options available

Responsibilities
Implement ABA therapy techniques and interventionsConduct engaging one-on-one therapy for skill and social developmentSet up an exciting environment for the client, complete with therapy materialsAttend team meetings to track progress and discuss treatment plansUse data collection tools to measure outcomesCollaborate with the Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to adjust treatment plansProvide support and guidance to the client's familyDocument session notes and complete required paperworkRequired Skills
Experience working with childrenExposure to children / adults with AutismMust reside in Orange CountyAbility to work in-clinic, in-school, and in-home settingsMust be willing to drive 25 miles (average of 30 minutes) from the officeValid driver’s license and proof of auto insuranceAbility to be active and sit on the ground for long periods of timeWilling to complete a TB test and Background screeningRBT certification preferredBilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Korean preferredBachelor's degree or working towards education in Child Development, Psychology, or related field preferred
