We’re seeking a Financial Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team at 1031 Crowdfunding . This full-time, in-office position offers an opportunity to support a variety of marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and investor growth within the financial and real estate sectors.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and analytical , with a strong interest in finance, investments, or real estate. You’ll play a key role in executing campaigns, managing projects, creating marketing materials, and supporting the operational efficiency of the marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Support Campaign Execution : Collaborate with the marketing team to implement cross-channel campaigns promoting investment opportunities and brand awareness.
  • Assist with Content Production : Help edit and coordinate financial marketing materials, including web pages, investor communications, brochures, and email campaigns.
  • Data & Reporting : Maintain performance tracking for campaigns, analyze KPIs, and assist in compiling marketing reports to guide data-driven decision-making.
  • Administrative Support : Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and asset organization to ensure smooth team operations.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination : Work with creative vendors and industry partners to ensure deliverables meet timelines and brand standards.
  • Market & Competitor Research : Conduct financial industry research to inform campaign strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Event Coordination : Support the planning and logistics of trade shows, conferences, and webinars.

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Comfort working with data and analytics dashboards a plus (Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interest in finance, investments, or real estate.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within financial services, investments, or real estate.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with digital marketing and CRM platforms.

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Benefits : 401(k), health / dental / vision insurance, HSA, paid time off and holidays
  • Schedule : Full-time, in-person (Irvine, CA office)
