Job Summary :
At A Plus Early Intervention we are committed to providing individualized and developmentally appropriate education and therapeutic services that are based upon a child’s strengths and needs. We are actively seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our expanding team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Write and submit treatment plans as required
- Conduct initial skills assessment (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
- Create behavior support plans (BSP)
- Provide direct supervision of BTs / RBTs assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and specific performance feedback
- Ensure adherence of each client's treatment program and behavioral protocols
- Oversee data collection by direct staff and update programming throughout authorizations
- Other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications :
Active BCBA CertificationLBA credential (or eligible) in New York StateRegular availability on evenings and weekends after school hours for in-person supervision requirementsStaff supervisory experienceExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
