The Job
As a Quality Auditor, youll be part of our growing team working as a on-site employee. Youll get to utilize JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exacta to conduct audits, analyze data, and implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various industry quality management systems and a strong understanding of warehouse processes.
Youll also get to :
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc quality audits of inbound, outbound, and inventory processes using JDA WMS and Exacta.
- Monitor and verify compliance with company and industry quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformances, discrepancies, and process deviations.
- Collaborate with operations, inventory control, and shipping / receiving teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of audit activities, findings, and corrective actions in accordance with quality management system requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor distribution center staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in quality management systems.

You also have :
High school diploma or equivalent required.1+ years of experience in a quality assurance or auditing role within a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.Proficient in JDA WMS and Exacta; experience with other WMS or quality management systems is a plus.Strong knowledge of industry quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, GMP).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the distribution center for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed.The Details
