Atomicdust is looking for a marketer who will guide our B2B clients to achieve their goals, by creating and executing digital strategies and ad campaigns, delivering performance reports, and developing and sharing recommendations for growth. We need a confident digital strategist who can own client relationships and drive results.

Responsibilities
- Guide clients - Confidently present strategies, defend recommendations and guide clients through complex digital decisions
- Own the room - Present campaign performance, engage stakeholders in strategy sessions, and proactively identify growth opportunities
- Develop effective strategies and tactics - Understand client goals and develop digital strategies using digital advertising, content marketing, SEO and email funnels to achieve those goals
- Advise on creative output - Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-quality collateral that meets platform requirements and pushes leads through the marketing funnel
- Drive awareness, leads and conversions - Conceptualize digital ad strategies, and build and manage audience lists and campaigns on all major ad platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
- Build systems and automations - Develop marketing campaigns, workflows, etc. in CRMs (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Drive new initiatives - Review and analyze performance and report on optimization opportunities, while continuously bring ideas and recommendations for growth
- Own SEO efforts - Conduct keyword research, develop keyword targeting strategies and sitemaps, coordinate technical SEO updates, link-building and other authority-building efforts
Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years of PPC management and SEO experience , with demonstrated ability to strategize and present digital solutions to stakeholdersStrong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion techniquesExpertise in marketing automations, workflows, pipelines, etc. (HubSpot preferred, similar CRM experience is also helpful)Basic understanding of SEO philosophies and implementationWillingness (and eagerness) to learn new channels, technologies and toolsBasic writing and social media skillsExcellent presentation / people skills - you must be comfortable speaking with marketing leaders and company executives, and skilled at presenting strategic recommendationsExperience in B2B, healthcare, professional services, finance, manufacturing and other industries with long sales cycles preferred but not requiredAgency experience is a plusAbove all, we\'re looking for a curious mind and enthusiasm for marketing .
What You\'ll Manage
This role is primarily hands-on digital tactics implementation, with client interaction to understand challenges, present recommendations and review results. You\'ll manage campaign budgets typically ranging from $2k-$40k+ / month and work directly with clients across a range of industries.

This is a hybrid position requiring four days in-office per week based in St. Louis, Missouri.
