Responsibilities : \n

  • \n Drive New Business Growth : Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities with a strong "hunter" mentality. Expand our customer base by targeting new markets and industries.

\n

  • \n Lead Generation & Conversion : Manage the full sales cycle-from initial outreach and technical consultation to successful onboarding and post-sale support.

    • \n

  • \n Strategic Customer Development : Build and nurture long-term relationships with new clients to ensure sustained revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

    • \n

  • \n Customer Relationship Building : Develop trust-based relationships by understanding customer needs and aligning our solutions to meet their technical and business objectives.

    • \n

  • \n Collaborative Engagement : Work closely with internal engineering, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to loyal customer.

    • \n

  • \n Technical Expertise : Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to prospective clients, leveraging your electronics knowledge to address complex challenges.

    • \n

  • All other duties as required and domestic travel at 20-30%

    • \n \n

    Qualifications : \n

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.

    • \n

  • Proficiency in Japanese (business-level or higher) is required.

    • \n

  • Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the electronics industry.

    • \n

  • Strong understanding of electronic components, systems, and applications.

    • \n

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    • \n

  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.

    • \n \n
