About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of User Experience (UX) to lead the vision for consumer-first design across digital, mobile, and product touchpoints. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the global UX strategy, building and leading a high-performing UX / UI design team, and championing consumer-centered design through research, testing, and usability standards. This role requires a strategic design leader with the ability to connect UX to business outcomes, strong storytelling and communication skills to influence at the executive level, and the ability to establish scalable design systems and best practices. The Head of UX will also be expected to partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver integrated experiences and present strategies and outcomes to senior executives to influence business decisions.
Applicants for the Head of UX position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in UX / UI design, with a proven track record in CPG, appliances, or connected consumer products. Expertise in human-centered design, usability, and design thinking methods is essential. The role requires a leader who can not only shape the UX function but also ensure seamless, intuitive, and engaging experiences worldwide. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic design leadership and be adept at influencing business decisions through their design strategies.
